Yema Cake is somewhat of a new invention that has recently gained popularity and many people make this and sell it because the outcome is sinfully delicious. It’s a prime example of the Filipino’s creative ability to adapt ideas and make it entirely our own.

It has 3 components that will work together. First it the sponge cake, second is yema frosting, and lastly the grated cheese.
