Backing off her singing career to pursue her dream of sharing her passion which has been in their blood stream having been reared from a family of the well known Bakery in the locality, SICAT-TESDA awakens her crave more when she almost finished all qualifications and had decided to use the name” Mamauag Bakery.Using the weighing scale is another thing she pushes through. Being a Housekeeping NC II holder too, she made sure that the workplace is properly tiled and all surfaces are properly sanitized before and after work. All her workforce should observe proper hygiene and proper attire and EPP. She also looks for quality ingredients and some are even purchased from other countries.
No wonder MYRA’S STAR SHINES BRIGHTER her products are now being sold at different establishments like Flores Mart, Robinsons, Save morem, Cheers Mart and the like. Her two branches in Ramon even annexed to San Mateo.

Thus said Myra C. Tagao  Greenland Subdivision, Santiago City who never felt inferior of going to school, rubbing elbows to younger ones if this is the only thing to be more competitive in the growing tourism industry in the country where she always a stood out with her natural beauty, wit and high pitched and sophisticated voice admired by crowd at Mon’s Bistro where she used to sing.
She never settled for being a professional singer here and in abroad. In fact, she had finished contract in Japan and Venetian Hotel in Macao but with her persistence to grow and establish her own business, she enrolled at SICAT and took FBS, Bread and Pastry Production, Housekeeping and Commercial Cooking and passing all the National Assessment f all these qualifications to enhance her skill to push through with her dream of putting up her own catering business. She named it as CAIREL`S CATERING SERVICES. Her first stint was a children’s party in their neighborhood where she earned ten thousand pesos with her starting capital of P 20,000.00. This was her first dream.
As an entrepreneur who engages whatever kind of business venture, she tried establishing a Bakery located at Ramon public Market, Mamauag Bakery and she clicked and had satisfied the craving of the townspeople until “Mamauag” became a byword by everyone whenever bakery products are talked about thus with just a couple of months, she already branched out along the National high way of Ramon and now making it big as a distributor of the Mamauag’s Tasty Bread where it is now sold to big time supermarkets here in Santiago and to neighboring. This is her other dream where she prospers and now making a name as a distributors of quality breads in Robinsons, Save more, cheers mart and the like
She was very thankful to her trainings in SICAT because she revealed that what she learned was very helpful that it gave her chance to spend quality time with her family.
She revealed her being armed with a new armor of facing new battles in her life with TESDA, she found an opportunity to let her star brighter as a businesswoman w/o sacrificing being away from her loved-ones where she always make her family as her number one priority for she always finds time to be a stage mother to her tot, who is a CAVRAA swimmer.
