Chili is the main ingredient of my fabulous product that I am selling in my bakeshop that is chili garlic oil.
We know spicy oil is one of the condiments that we blend into our diet on a daily basis if not occasionally.
The use of spicy garlic oil is appetizing especially when the food offered is delicious. It is use in any kind of food.
I made spicy sauce because we know that many people love spicy. That when they eat delicious foods they will eat more and more.
Mixing garlic to my spicy oil, makes really more delicious and healthy.
With the benefits of garlic and some in chili’s, we intend to eat more of my spicy garlic condiment.
Maybe with restriction to others if they had health issues and ask for their doctor if they can eat some.
In making my special chili garlic oil, I used canola oil, garlic, chili, herbs and spices, and some of secret ingredient.
So here are the directions in making my chili garlic oil,
- In a small sauce pot, add canola oil, red chili flakes, garlic and salt. Turn stove onto the lowest heat setting and let the oil warm gently on the stove for 4-5 minutes. Stir or swirl the pan to prevent garlic from browning.
- Remove from heat. Transfer contents to a clean jar. To use, scoop up some of the garlic and chili bits (in addition to the oil). Refrigerate extras and use within 2-4 days.
and also here are my ingredients.
- 1/3 cup of canola oil
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 6 cloves garlic, grated on micro-plane or finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
