Bread and pastry differences at first when i heard the what is the difference of bread and pastry? the first word that comes in my mind is they are the same because they same using a flour when they are cooking or baking but i was wrong. According to Wikipedia Pastry can also refer to the pastry dough, from which such baked products are made. Pastry dough is rolled out thinly and used as a base for baked products. Pastries is differentiated from breads by having a higher fat content, which contributes to a flaky or crumbly texture.
That is true! Wikipedia is right, when i was enrolled in TESDA under the course of baking and pastry NCII I really understand more about what are there differences.
But for me, they the same with it comes to the nutrients that we get, some are say bread make people obese when you but this is what i say bread, when consumed in proper quantities, not only does not contribute to weight gain but it can also give our body plenty of nutritional values necessary for its good functioning!
